Senior Tech Lead

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our Secure Operations & Data Solutions team! This role involves leading the Security & DevSecOps Team in DCO. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of the organization’s software development and customer identity management processes. In this role, you will:

• Lead the team and delivery.

• Ensure technical excellence, using the right tools and technologies to support the team to deliver faster.

• Lead creation and enforcement of comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and improve overall security posture

• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting of security breaches

• Manage and coach team performance and wellbeing.

• Ensure that the solutions follow Fortum policies and guidelines regarding architecture, development practices, privacy, security, etc.

• Collect functional and non-functional, security, compliance, and availability requirements from business units.

To excel in this role, you are expected to be:

• A bachelor's or master's degree holder in computer science, business administration, or another relevant area.

• Experienced in IT and function/business/industry.

• Extensive experience in security, DevSecOps, and CIAM roles.

• Strong understanding of security principles, DevSecOps methodologies, and CIAM technologies.

• Experienced in leading teams.

• Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security. 

• Updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in security, DevSecOps, and CIAM

• Maintaining role-based competence and training regularly.
