Facility Manager for Danske Bank Stockholm leading our Workplace services of tomorrow and creating unique user experience and high customer satisfaction.
Danske Bank’s Facility Management’s purpose is to ensure the functionality and efficiency of our current offices and at the same time play a key role in shaping the future workplaces. This ranges from covering the service experience at the office over digital tools to execution of operational projects. The objective is to weave the services into great experiences, providing employees with a seamless workday and our visitors with a great experience.
We are organised in a matrix organisation with a Facility Manager in all the Nordic countries and Lithuania and subject matter experts in soft and hard facility management. Therefore, alignment between the units is essential to ensure a coherent service experience across the Danske Bank Group.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery across our facilities in Sweden hosting some 1,500 colleagues. Areas of responsibility include Catering & Cleaning Services, Office Support, Technical Maintenance and execution of minor projects. Your innovative mindset and forward-thinking approach will bring inspiration to Danske Bank. This will make way for building the workplaces of tomorrow and influencing the development and improvement of our service standards. You will be instrumental in driving the innovative transformation of our workplaces locally.
You will also drive the user experience and stakeholder engagement, and it follows that you are comfortable navigating a large organisation. You manage budgets in Sweden in accordance with the facility management strategy both in terms of the service and project costs.
The work includes:
- Develop and drive the strategic and tactical planning of facility management activities locally, including the digital roadmap for the Facility Management domain
- Leverage partners to drive the service experience at the workplace fuelling the user experience
- Managing the Facility Management budget and the ongoing spend, including monthly performance reporting and governance
- Monitoring service deliveries to ensure quality and safety standards
- Close collaboration with different stakeholders like business leads, service partners, and contractors
- Handling queries, complaints, and escalation issues to ensure solutions from the service partner
- Managing different responsibilities and tight schedules won’t be a problem because you have a structured approach and communication skills for efficient collaboration
About you

You also have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience within Facility Management, particularly with driving high end-user satisfaction through outsourcing partners
- A bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong skills in stakeholder and operations management
- Skilled in budgeting and accounting
- User experience of MS Office tools and property management software
- Proficiency in English and Swedish
