An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

In this role, you will propose, implement, and monitor brand/product marketing plans to achieve sales volume and profitability objectives for allocated brands/products.

This is what you will do

• Execute and further develop the brand strategy in full alignment with the business long term strategy and goals
• Plan, execute and monitor brand campaigns, including trade marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze brand performance and take necessary measures when needed, control expenditure within budget.
• Contribute to planning of new product development and product packaging & design and pricing.
• Ensure full Commercial team alignment and involvement
• Cooperate with agencies and coordinate workflows, timings and budget, to ensure successful implementations.

Kvalifikationer

This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree
• At least 5 years previous experience in brand management within a FMCG company, preferably food industry
• Strong market research competencies in order to analyze and correlate market trends, consumer needs & behaviors, brand performance, sales performance
• Excellent project management skills
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong analytical mindset and able to process, analyze and present information in a concise and relevant form to the audience
• Attentive to details, systematic and consistent in ways of working
