An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition & Communication Partner to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Reporting to HR Manager, you will manage and support the talent acquisition approach, with a focus on ensuring a high quality, consistent candidate experience, and creating a compelling people brand in the marketplace.

This is what you will do

  • Develop, improve and execute recruitment plans and campaigns to attract new talent (both white and blue collars);
  • Find, engage, and attract talents from LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools;
  • Conduct interviews with prospective talent to determine match/fit for current, and future opportunities;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a strong selection process;
  • Manage the feedback process including rejection and shortlist;
  • Drive a quality recruitment experience with outcomes appropriately balanced across cost, quality, and time to fill;
  • Maintain an active network through vocational schools, universities, and employee referrals;
  • Develop, support and maintain local and global employer branding projects, in line with Lantmannen Unibake EVP and Core values;
  • Support the HR strategy and local projects.

Kvalifikationer

This is what you need to succeed:

  • University Degree in the field of HR, Business administration, Psychology or equivalent
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting and social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrable success and experience in direct sourcing strategies and execution
  • Comfortable in developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative problem solving for difficult search assignments
  • Drive for results – driven to deliver top quality results with a sense of urgency, within a sometimes ambiguous and evolving environment
  • Designed and delivered a quality recruitment process with the candidate/customer at the heart of the process
  • Understanding of talent management and how talent acquisition enables great talent management
